| Our Engagement:
Jenifer and I were engaged at Magic Mountain California on the 21st February 1998. Just another twist in this weird love story of ours. We had the okay from her parents to get engaged for marriage. So during our holiday day at Magic Mountain in Los Angeles I asked the question and she said "Yes!" We both were and are still young, but we felt ready for this responsibility. And we had already had confirmation from God that we were to be together. We just didn't know when at that time.

This photo was taken on the 17th of March 1998 outside our church, less
than a month after we became engaged. Jenifer's little brother stands smiling in the
background. We were so happy with each other, we were growing in our love for each other.
As we grew, a wedding looked promising to have in the autumn. At one stage we nearly
pushed it back a month, but we finally got the wedding planted on the 19th September,
1998, 63 years after my Great great grandmother was married on the same day. She is now
97, and still lives on her own in Sydney Australia.
