We thought last weekendโs Spring-like day was a rare treat. But then, we got lucky againโanother stunning, unseasonably warm weekend in Sydney.
Much like the rest of the city, we took full advantage. This time, we set off to explore another coastal gemโMaroubra. With my second eldest and my two youngest, we spent the afternoon making memories: lunching, scrambling over the rocks, and playing on the beach.
Thinking it might be weeks (or longer) before we get weather like this again (despite thinking the same last weekend!), we made sure to soak up every moment. I hope I captured these memories well enough to savour them in the future.
Below are some shots of our dayโplaying with the kids and admiring the rugged beauty of Maroubraโs coastline. One moment that made me laugh: Hayden, my youngest, pausing mid-play to take off his shoe and shake out pebblesโjust in time for a wave to wash in!
